Victor said that the case of dispute was still being executed in the East Yakarta district court, so that all parties respect the current legal process until there was a decision with permanent legal force (Inkrah).

“The legal facts, at this time, have made legal efforts with a claim for PMH (acts against the law) that is executed in the district court of East Jakarta. The legal process must be obeyed until the decision has a permanent legal force (Inkracht) and can only be executed in accordance with the Criminal Procedures Law,” he explained.
