Renoldy even said, the head of the Northern Kedoya village had a meeting inviting the president of RW 09, Chief of the Kebon Jeruk Subdistrite, the DKJ Provincial Association Management Agency, the Yakarta Administrative Development Agency.

“At the meeting, all the offices had ordered the president of RW 09 to stop the construction of the security post because there was no permission,” he said.

As a follow -up of the meeting, said Renoldy, the Karya Cipta office, space planning and land (Citata) of Kebon Jeruk put a stamp on the building on the fasum without permission in May of 2025.

“But despite the fact that there is no permission, it has been ordered to stop and stamps have been installed, the construction of the security post continues to be carried out so far,” he explained.

While legal professionals Stefen Alves want to evaluate, development without rights and without permission in government -owned facilities is an arbitrary act.

“It can be qualified as a criminal offense as mentioned in 385 Kuhp and article 6 of Law 51/PRP/1960 that regulates fraud related to land rights and criminal sanctions for those who use land without legal permits,” Stephen told reporters.

According to Stephen, RW Head’s actions could be a bad precedent for other homes in the future. Therefore, the action must be detained mainly by the governor of DKJ.

“The Governor of DKJ must take a decisive step to demolish the illegal building and inform RWS that use their power arbitrarily to the authorities,” he said.
