Yakarta, alive – The Indonesian Chamber of Commerce (Kadin) encourages an increase in Indonesian export performance to the Bamboo Curtain country in the future. Several main food products were promoted.

This was presented upon receiving a visit from the Kadin Chinese delegation represented by the Guangdong-Indonesian Association for the promotion of trade in the Kadin Indonesia Menara, South Yakarta, Thursday.

“With luck, in the future, the cooperation relations of Kadin Indonesia and the commercial partners of China (especially the Association of Guangdong-Indonesia for the promotion of trade), can be better established in other commercial fields,” said Indonesia President Kadin Indonesia Anindya Bakrie, cited from his statement, Saturday, June 7, 2025.

The meeting attended Anindya and his staff. Like the vice president of the Coordinator (WKUK) for the development of the Indonesian export of Kadin, Juan Permata Adae and the Vice President (WKU) for the development and coordination of the Indonesian exporter of Kadin, Fricetos Bruento Suhedr.

Meanwhile, the members of the Chinese delegation come from entrepreneurs from several industrial sectors, ranging from hotel furniture, high construction of buildings, metal products, new energy ships, to ecological coating systems.

When gathering and delivering memories to the president of the Guangdong-Indonesian Enemy Association, the promotion of commerce, Andy Guo, Anindya or Anin, his nickname said, his hope was that cooperation relations were closer and closer, especially to support the development of Indonesian exports to China.

In line with Anin, the Juan Permata Adae export development field stressed the importance of collaboration between Indonesia and China in strategic sectors such as the manufacture of electric vehicles, marine industries and exports of the main basic products of Indonesia.

“The two interesting manufacturing industries in Indonesia that are currently being prepared by the Government are the EV electrical industry,” said Juan.

He also highlighted the importance of preserving the sea and suppressing fish theft practices. “Thirdly, the marine industry. Our marine industry is looking for solutions. We must protect it so that the intervention of fish theft does not happen again between China and Indonesia,” he said.

In terms of marine products, Juan emphasized the opportunity to export to China. “We have the largest baby lobster in Asia, in Indonesia. This can be done (so export opportunities) in the form of lobster seeds, then they can also export to the United States (union),” Juan explained.

Juan added that he also saw a great opportunity in Durian’s exports to China. “So please consider the generation of friends here to see that Durian is a very good business. Because Indonesia is Durian’s biggest producer,” he said.

In addition, the WKU for the field of development and coordination of the exporter of Kadin Indonesia, Suhedrus Bridal, emphasized that Kadin Indonesia welcomed the concrete steps to strengthen the synergy between the commercial actors of the two countries.

“We believe that this cooperation will encourage an increase in the value of national exports and industrial transformation through technological innovation,” said Frits.

In addition, the president of the Guangdong-Indonesian association for trade promotion, Andy Guo, also expressed his delegation to study Indonesian practices in the construction of communities, social responsibility and collaboration of the business world with Kadin Indonesia. “(Let’s go) together (let’s be together),” Andy said.

This meeting is expected to be an important milestone when opening a new chapter of commercial relations between Indonesia and China, by emphasizing the principle of mutual benefit and sustainable development.
