Ministry of Religion presented by Revolution AI in the Administration of Madrasah

VIVA – The Ministry of Religion of Indonesia through the direction of Madrasah Kskk again recorded a strategic step in the digital transformation of Islamic education. This time, through the launch of the TOR GPTS manufacturer, an innovation based on artificial intelligence (AI) designed to accelerate and simplify the preparation of administrative documents in the environment of Madrasa.

This innovation was introduced into the socialization of the use of GPS Tor Maker, which took place in the Ministry of Construction of Religions of Indonesia, Yakarta, on Tuesday, June 3, 2025. Present in the event of the employees of functional planners, administrative subdivision personnel, as well as representatives of several sub -drivers in the direction of Madrasah Kskk.

GPTS TOR Maker developed in response to the challenges of ancient bureaucracy: the process of preparation of the reference terms (Tor), activity reports and planning documents that have been carried out manually, slowly and vulnerable to errors. Now, with generative intelligence of prioritized transformer (GPT), the process can be carried out in just a few minutes automatic, precision and in accordance with the applicable regulations.

Fikriya Malihah, M.Sc., head of the subdivision of the administration who directed the development of this tool, said that the use of GPTS Tor Maker is a concrete test of how technology can respond to the fundamental problems of bureaucracy.
“With the GPT, make Tor no longer have been working for days. We can work faster, the results are more consistent and remain administratively responsible,” Fikriya explained in the presentation session.

In addition to exposing, Fikriya also guided the participants in the direct simulation of performing data based on data. This activity becomes a study room, as well as a transformation space, where asn Madrasah is invited to build a more intelligent and adaptive work of technological developments.

Prof. Dr. HJ. Nyayu Khodijah, M.Sc., director of Madrasah Kskk, appreciated this initiative as a specific step for technology -based bureaucratic reform.
“The use of AI as GPS Tor Maker is not only a tool, but our form of courage to change the old work culture to be more efficient and digital. Madrasas must be at the forefront in the innovation of educational governance,” said Professor Nyayu.

He also emphasized that this innovation was part of the commitment of the Ministry of Religion in the construction of a transparent, integrated and modern governance. “It’s about speed, precision and the best public services,” he added.

The head of the General Section and BMN Setditjen Islamic Education, Nur Shoib, Sh., MH., Helped support this initiative. He affirmed that digitalization is not just a speech, but it must be a performance jump that begins from the smallest work unit.
“I appreciate GPS Tor Maker as a concrete example of how ASN can be a pioneer of innovation in bureaucracy. This is a new face of public services, based on data, based on solutions and based on AI,” said the man named familiarly Shoib.

Some strategic problems that arose in this activity showed a new direction for a more digital and efficient madrasa education bureaucracy. GPTS TOR Maker is present as a solution to accelerate work, improve the quality of documents and strengthen the DIGITAL COMPETENCES ASN. This innovation also responds to the limitations of resources and encourages the application of digital SOP, as well as a replication model for other work units in technology -based governance reform.

The Directorate of Madrasa Kskk declared its commitment to expand the use of GPTS Tor Maker to all lines of work as part of the strengthening of the upper and modern Islamic education services.
