Honda HR-V Hybrid is more expensive than Toyota Yaris Cross Hybrid, which is superior

VIVA -PP Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) officially launched the Honda HR-V E; HEV (hybrid electric vehicle) as a competitor of Toyota Yaris Cross Hev. Approximately the price of HR-V hybrid is sold more expensive than Yaris Cross Hybrid, who is superior?

Honda HR-V Hybrid combines electric motors to move the front wheels, with a 1,500 cc combustion engine, similar to Yaris Cross Hybrid, but by performance it has differences between the ENJIN and the electricity unit.

Both carry hybrid-parallel technology, where the engine will automatically live in certain speeds or conditions, and the car is completely driven by electricity when stopping, low speed or adjusting the engine workload.

The engine itself works with TOSI of 105 ps and 127 Nm, while the electricity unit is 131 ps and 253 nm of torque. Distributed through the automatic transmission of E-CVT, and has three driving modes, namely echo, normal and sport.

While the Yaris Cross Hybrid, which was sold for the first time in Indonesia, combined a 2NR-Vehicle gasoline engine with a capacity of 1,500 cc with 89.9 HP and a torque of 121 Nm, with an electric engine or dynamo to move its front wheels with 59 kW with a pair of 141 Nm.

For the driver’s security system, HR-V Hybrid is equipped with a Honda detection in which there is an adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, collision mitigation brake system, road output mitigation system and lane output warning.
