Oppo lets his pro buttons ENCA buttons evolve. The manufacturer sets up large autonomy and offers an affordable product. We have tried the Buds3 Pro and here is our opinion about these in -headphones at the entry level.
Oppo recently launches its new Enca Buds3 Pro headphones on the market. Successors of Buds2 Pro, the manufacturer, assesses his copy by offering a much better autonomy, a more compact loading, but leaves the function of active noise reduction (ANC). We tried them and here are our feelings about these affordable headphones.

Design: Classic for True-Wireless
Due to their nature of the headphones with true-weeds, the Oppo Enca Buds3 Pro are accompanied by a loading cupboard. This offers a facelift compared to the previous generation: it loses ten good millimeters long as in wide with its new dimensions of 59.20 x 24.00 x 47.50 mm.
The housing, available in two colors (white glacier and black graphite) is combined with the name of the brand “Oppo” and has very correct finishes such as the line of delimitation of the opening of the case, decorated with gray here.
Ergonomics: comfortable and fairly discreet
The headphones themselves seem to be standard and hold the ear correctly, even by moving their heads strongly than during a sports session. They are comfortable even for a long time.
Nevertheless, the Enca Buds3 Pro, unlike manufacturers with a high -end finishes, such as Apple – to name only it – do not hold on to an “l / r” – subdivision on the rod or elsewhere. This is part of the finishes and not an obstacle for use, because in any case the ergonomics of this type of product do not make it possible to accidentally intervene the right earphone with left.
Certified on the IP55 standard, the headphones are designed to withstand water projections and dust. In other words, you can use them without fear of exercising.
As with the vast majority of competing products, the Oppo Enca Buds3 Pro are supplied with 3 pairs of tips from different sizes: S, M and L.
These headphones contain an outdoor worm dynamic speaker of 12.4 mm with a titanium coating, designed to deliver deep bass. According to the manufacturer, their new sht -copper coil, reinforced for better voltage and sustainability, would enable improved sound quality. However, we will return a little later on this point with our attentive feelings, in real circumstances.
Two separate on -turn buttons are present on the top of the rod of each headphone. Depending on the user settings, they offer shortcuts for:
- Read a break;
- Go to the next piece;
- Return to the previous title;
- Increase or reduce the volume.
In contrast to some models with a higher end end, such as on Apple Pro 2 air pods, the volume adjustment is made by pressing the left earpiece or on the right to raise or reduce it for a long time.
This business mode is a small obstacle for general ergonomics, but especially to use in real circumstances. The fact of printing the stem of the left judgment or the right to change the volume is not that handy. Nevertheless, although positioned on the top of the earphone branch, Oppo has planned a fairly wide tactile surface, which is a good point.
In the same register, operating elements are quite reactive for touch. It is a real comfort, because with every support it occurs the point in the ear canal.
Application: Purp and Pushed -adjustments
Just like Samsung Galaxy Buds or Apple AirPods 4, Oppo records functionalities that are exclusive to its ecosystem for smartphones with 12.0 Coloros (and later). Under them, let’s quote the plug of a photo of the smartphone with a touchscreen -snelk coupling from the branch of headphones.
For other users, equipped with a non -Soppo device, it is necessary to download the Heymelody application, to access the STCs of the Pro Buds3 Pro.
Instead of a whole as a whole, the accompanying application is access to the audio equalizer that offers three settings as standard: the original, bass boost and light voices. Fortunately it is possible to make personalized presets, we will return to this point a little later.
It is also in this application that we can activate the game mode, designed to significantly reduce the latency between video and audio, broadcast in Bluetooth. Oppo announces here to reach a latency of 47 ms.
A second menu in Heymelody offers the user to personalize the actions carried out by touching the touchscreen of the branches of the headphones. These personalizations are rather advanced and relate to the left judgment and the right separately.
Sound Refund: a perfect balance
We were able to try the Pro Buds3 Pro on many songs in different music styles. In the ear there is a lack of sound hierarchy, in the sense that no frequency seems to be taking over.
The sound run appears to be rather flat and not all genres are the same as the exercise. We distinguish all instruments correctly in a work of classical music such as the Ride of Walkyries van Wagner. However, the media are too swollen there, which is somewhat unpleasant.
The observation is less good on the acoustic pieces such as Flake From Jack Johnson, the vocal part, also represented in the media, missing texture and seems far too compressed.
The impression is a little better on hard rock like Highway to hell of the AC/DC group with a better balance.
The Enca Buds3 Pro will be better in the register of instrumental electronic music, speechless. The bass are better displayed and take over the media, these frequencies that are compressed too much on the headphones.
As mentioned above, the Hemleymelodie -Application contains a frequency -similarer. Activating the pre -set “Bas Boost” improves the audience in all the musical genres where the refund of the media spoils the game. Nevertheless, the bass with this used parameter becomes a bit too clear on electronic music. Fortunately, you can personalize this Equalizer yourself … the annuity of switching between your different settings according to the numbers that have been listened to.
If the audio quality seems correct, it is not sufficient in itself: the poor frequency that Roguers balances about the final experience.
Autonomy: planned for long listening sessions
Oppo announces a very good autonomy for his true-Wiress headphones: up to 54 hours of total listening thanks to the loading cupboard and 12 hours continuously without charging.
With a passage of 10 minutes at the loading box box you can recover a maximum of 4 hours of listening.
Although honorable, this long -term autonomy is partially explained by the absence of active noise reduction on this model.

The Oppo Enco Buds3 Pro headphones are made in two colors: glacier or graphite black and white. They are already available, from 49.90 euros from the official website of the brand.
