Huawei launched the Enjoy 80 in China earlier this month, and today we learned the phone will go global. According to reports from Russia, it will be called Nova Y73 and will stick to the same specs, down to the 12nm chipset Kirin 710, launched over 6 years ago.

Huawei will offer the Nova Y73 with 8 GB RAM and either 128 GB or 256 GB storage; the 512 GB option is gone. The fancy white-gold color option and the green leather back options are also staying in China, and the Russian market will see only the Light Blue or Black colors.
The listing where the phone appeared said it would have EMUI 12 with Android 15, but this is obviously a mistake – the phone will offer EMUI 15 based on Android 12.
The rest of the specs include a 6.67″ screen, 50 MP main camera, and a 6,620 mAh battery with 40W fast charging.
The Huawei Nova Y73 is said to cost RUB 16,999 ($205/€180) or RUB 18,999 ($230/€200), depending on storage. We have to wait and see whether these prices will apply to other markets, or they might get the phone cheaper.
