If you’ve been holding out for one of Nvidia’s latest graphics cards, now is the time to start looking. It looks like Nvidia has been resupplying retailers with RTX 50-series GPUs, and according to leaker Moore’s Law is Dead, they’re seeing as high as 10 times the amount of inventory that usually shows up. Prices remain high across retailers. However, looking at the retailers across the U.S., I’ve been able to track down everything from an RTX 5090 down to Nvidia’s recent RTX 5060 Ti new and in stock at retailers.

RTX 50-series GPUs are getting a supply infusion

The claims made by MLID don’t mean much on their own, but you can see the supply situation for yourself. At retailers like Micro Center, Newegg, Amazon, and Best Buy, you can find most cards from Nvidia’s lineup available for sale. The RTX 5070 is by far the most plentiful, which shouldn’t come as a surprise given that card’s lukewarm reception (read our RTX 5070 review for more on that). The RTX 5090 is the most difficult to find, but my local Micro Center has one available for sale in store.
Although you can easily buy an RTX 50-series GPU now, prices are still high. Still, you can shop around for some deals. By far the best option I came across was the Gigabyte WindForce RTX 5070, which is available at Newegg for $610. The MSI Shadow RTX 5070 is available for the same price. That’s $60 over MSRP, but it’s one of the better prices I’ve seen on an RTX 50-series GPUs post-launch.

You’ll have more options if you’re able to go to a local Best Buy or Micro Center, though. My local Micro Center has every card from Nvidia’s new lineup in stock, including the new RTX 5060 Ti. There’s even an Asus model available at MSRP. Best Buy has a few cards in stock, as well. None of them are available for sale online, but Best Buy says it has the Founders Edition RTX 5070 in stock at some physical stores around the country.
The dust has mostly settled on the RTX 50-series GPU launch, and although prices are still above MSRP, they’ve been dropping. There’s still the impact of tariffs to contend with, but the recent supply infusion at least sets up the GPU market for the next few months. The prices at retailers are certainly better than trying to find one of Nvidia’s latest GPUs on the secondhand market.
